  • Pulse 360 named JEFFREY KAMIKOW as vice president of agency sales. Kamikow joined the company from World Wrestling Entertainment, where he was the east coast sales director for WWE.com.


  • R/GA launched a retail offering to be helmed by JOHN JONES as executive creative director. He previously served as technical creative director.


  • MediaCom promoted LARRY SWYER to the newly created position of managing partner, director of retail and tactical planning. In addition, BROOKE GOLDSTEIN was elevated to managing partner, director of client services. Swyer will be responsible for strategic leadership and development of best practices in planning across all of MediaCom's accounts. Swyer joined MediaCom in 1980, and has held various leadership positions, working with key clients in a broad range of categories. Goldstein will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and senior-level management for all MediaCom clients. Goldstein joined MediaCom in 1999, as a brand media manager.


  • Hunt Adkins hired JOSH SMERICK as account planner to handle Schwan's Home Service and other accounts. Previously, Smerick was director insight/brand strategy at GEM Group.


  • GRETCHEN SEIPLE joined Centro as a northwest regional sales manager. Seiple previously served as an online account executive at Weatherbug.


  • JEFF MISENTI was named general manager and vice president for FOX News Digital and REFET KAPLAN has been named managing director at Foxnews.com.


  • JAVIER SARASOLA was named managing director of Mediaedge:cia Spain. Sarasola joins MEC from Spanish media owner Medipresse-Publiventas, where he was managing director.


  • TIM LANE, former southwest regional director of sales for Eyeblaster, joins MySpace as southwest regional sales manager-consumer division.


  • CNBC.com named ALLEN WASTLER as managing editor. In this new role, Wastler will guide and oversee all editorial content for CNBC.com. Most recently, Wastler was managing editor of CNNMoney.com.


  • RAY CHELSTOWSKI was promoted to publisher ofRolling Stone, up from associate publisher.


  • Jumpstart Automotive Media promoted AARON NICHOLS from vice president, regional dealer groups to vice president west coast sales.


  • CAROLYN KIDD-HARPER was named vice president, central region sales for TNS Media Intelligence. She joins the company from Nielsen Media Research where she was vice president, North American sales for AdEx International.


  • Avenue A | Razorfish named PAT ISOM as a vice president and client partner in its Atlanta office. He joins the company from Arc Worldwide, a division of Leo Burnett, where he most recently served as senior vice president, account director.


  • The Advertising Council promoted REGINA BRADLEY to senior vice president, director of human resources and ANTHONY FOLENO to senior vice president, research.


  • Editing company Nomad opened a New York office to be helmed by vice president/executive producer LYNNE MANNINO.


  • Bridges Media Group promoted CHRISTIAN ROBINS to chief creative officer.

  • HELEN C. KARAS was named senior vice president of network sales for ION Media Networks.


  • KEVIN WAGNER joined Gospel Music Channel as vice president, creative services, responsible for the on-air creative direction of the network and the GMC brand.

  • LYNN BEAUBAIRE RUTSTEIN joined Draftfcb Chicago as vice president, management director. Rutstein is responsible for overseeing the agency's marketing efforts on Masterfoods' My M&M's brand.


  • RODD CHANT resigned from his post as evp/executive creative director at DraftFCB New York to pursue other opportunities.


  • WHITTMANHART Interactive named KEVIN FRENCH as group account director of the WHITTMANHART Wellness division.


  • Active Marketing Group hired ROBERT SHAFER as business development advisor. Prior to Active Marketing Group, Shafer spent 33 years at Wilson Sporting Goods Company.


  • PACO VINOLY, formerly Yahoo's user experience creative director, has been appointed as chief creative officer for OTTO Digital.


  • Greenspun Media Group named LESLIE FRISBEE as editor for Las Vegas Magazine and THOM WISE as editor of Las Vegas Life.


  • USA Network tapped JASON HOLZMAN as vice president, brand creative. Before joining USA, Holzman served as a creative director for Euro RSCG, where he created campaigns for clients including the Ad Council, Evian, ExxonMobil, Intel, New Balance, Oppenheimer Funds, Reckitt Benckiser, Universal Studios and Volvo.


  • LION New Media named JAMIE WILLIAMS as senior marketing consultant, charged with launching LION's new automotive initiative.


  • Cinema Logic Group named JOE MARSELLA as senior project manager; THOMAS HENCZ as sales executive; and CHRISTINA ROACH as executive assistant/office manager.

  • ESPN promoted RAPHAEL POPLOCK to vice president of games. In this role, Poplock will continue to guide the overall vision, priorities and strategy for ESPN's relationship with EA SPORTS, as well as manage ESPN's Fantasy Games business. Poplock joined ESPN in 2003 as a financial analyst for ESPN Enterprises.


  • JOHN HEGELMEYER joined e-Rewards Market Research as manager, market research sales. He was previously with Arbitron Inc. where he served as western regional manager.


  • TargetCast tcm named JERI DACK as senior vice president, director of digital marketing, a new position. Dack most recently served as senior vice president of media and entertainment at Sullivan, where she managed brand positioning on media accounts including Hearst, Conde Nast, MTV Networks, The History Channel and Meredith. 


  • Genex promoted UWE HOOK from director of interactive marketing strategy to vice president of media.

  • HEATHER VOIT joined Empower MediaMarketing, Cincinnati, as a newspaper strategist. Voit most recently served as an advertising coordinator for Ryan Homes.

  • KEVIN MCMAHON was hired as director of affiliate ad sales for Turner Network Sales. McMahon most recently worked with Turner Broadcasting in the Turner Sports unit, as a senior marketing manager, where he developed strategic media plans and non-traditional marketing promotions for NASCAR, MLB, PGA, NBA and college football.


  • FRANK TRAYNOR joined AnswersMedia as vice president, network syndication. Traynor formerly served as head of global media sales & syndication for Bloomberg News where he was responsible for global production and distribution of all newswire, TV, cable, video on demand, radio and Internet products.
