  • Stand Advertising hired JULIE DOERR SKALSKI as account executive, public relations, handling 2-1-1 New York, ECMC and other accounts.


  • BOB MAUND joined CNNMoney.com as west coast sales director.

  • DAVID KANG was named senior vice president and general manager, online subscription services for Rodale.


  • AnswersMedia named JOHN LEE as senior vice president of sales. Lee joins AnswersMedia from CNN Newsource, where he served as senior vice president of sales.


  • IAN WALLIN was named vice president of national sales for TV Guide Online. Previously at Microsoft, he served as a district manager for New York and Boston for MSN.


  • LORETTA YOUNG WALKER was promoted to senior vice president and chief human resources officer at Turner Broadcasting System. Most recently she was senior vice president of human resources for Turner's entertainment, animation and operations & strategy divisions.


  • The Week named STEVEN KOTOK as general manager. He will oversee The Week's publishing operations including editorial, circulation, advertising and marketing.


  • Alloy Media + Marketing named ANDREW B. KNOPF senior vice president, sales for Channel One. He joins Channel One from World Wrestling Entertainment, where he was most recently vice president of sales.


  • Carat Fusion named DAVE GREENBLATT as an art director; TERRY SINAY as a production designer; RYAN DUDA was named senior designer; and TED ROBERTS was named as a motion designer.


  • LIRON REZNIK and MICHAEL DOODY have been promoted to co-directors of brand strategy at kirshenbaum bond + partners.


  • JASON SCHAEFFER was named vice president of business development for CNNMoney.com. Schaeffer was previously the director of business and audience development for Dow Jones, where he oversaw business and audience development for Dow Jones' WSJ.com, MarketWatch, and Barron's online properties.


  • Screenvision hired MICHAEL CHICO as executive vice president, sales. Most recently Chico was executive vice president, advertising sales for Madison Square Garden, Inc.


  • MediaCom Canada CEO DOUG CHECKERIS has been named the new CEO of MediaCom USA. Checkeris succeeds DENE CALLAS, who is moving into the newly created role of global director of creative for MediaCom Worldwide.


  • MEIER RAIVICH joined VERSUS as director of public relations. Raivich joins the network from Chicagoland Speedway and Route 66 Speedway, where he served as director of public relations.


  • EDIE LAUW was promoted to vice president, worldwide television finance, Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Studios. Most recently, Lauw was MGM's executive director, worldwide television finance.


  • Peppercom promoted DEBORAH BROWN to managing director of strategic development.

  • DDB Canada launched social media catalyst Radar DDB and promoted YVONNE VAN DINTHER to managing director of Radar DDB. Previously, she was vice president of DDB Canada's Brand Integrity Group.


  • ROBERT "ROBBIE" BALDWIN was named online editor of Future US' MacLife.com, the online partner to Mac|Life magazine. Baldwin previously wrote TMZ's tech section, Z-Gadget.


  • Avenue A | Razorfish promoted STEVE CLEFF from user experience lead to senior account planner and DEBRA MURPHY from senior art director to associate creative director.


  • TimeBridge named ELLEN SALISBURY as vice president of engineering and operations. Prior to TimeBridge, Salisbury was director of Yahoo! Research Berkeley.

  • Juice Media Worldwide hired MARK STUMM as vice president of product management. Most recently he was chief marketing officer and chief technology officer for Hampden Group Holdings.


  • DAVID CAMPBELL, co-president of GroupMagency MediaCom Canada, was named president-CEO of GroupM Canada, a new position. Campbell will be responsible for GroupM's Canadian media investment management assets and will oversee the coordination of joint services provided by GroupM operating units MAXUS, MediaCom, Mediaedge:cia and MindShare.


  • VICTORIA FULLER has been named associate publisher of Women's Health and AISLING MCDONAGH was promoted to online sales director. Fuller joins Women's Health from Interview magazine, where she served as vice president/associate publisher.


  • RUTH SARFATY was named vice president, corporate communications at Yahoo! in charge of the advertising and publishing group. She previously served as vice president, corporate communications for AOL.


  • Media Storm hired JAMIE MELECIO as media director; JULIE DIFFENBACH as interactive media supervisor; and GIOVANNA LORCH as senior strategic buyer for radio.


  • BRIAN WILLETTE joined Illingworth Communications as creative director.


  • MICHELLE BARLOW was named assistant news director at KOCO television in Oklahoma City. She was previously executive producer at WBTV in Charlotte, North Carolina.


  • HENRY CUERO joined Carat as a media supervisor.


  • Campus Media Group added TIM MILLER and JONATHAN DEMPSEY as account development managers. BRIDGET JAVORSKI was hired as a media manager to handle campus media buying duties. She was previously an event coordinator for the Mall of America.


  • RODNEY FETAYA joined The Huffington Post as vice president, advertising sales. Fetaya joins the company from adNet, where he served as director of sales.
