  • Media Networks hired BEN MADDEN as vice president of sales. Madden joins MNI from Reader’s Digest where he served as publisher.


  • Deutsch hired CHAD SAUL as senior vice president, director of business development in Los Angeles and promoted MATTHEW ANDERSON to vice president, director of business development in the New York office. Additionally, COLLEEN KELLY was elevated to partner, director of agency branding and operations from partner, director of new business at Deutsch LA.


  • Viewpoint Creative named IAN EDELMAN creative director of its Los Angeles office. Edelman was most recently senior producer for on-air promotion at the G4network.


  • Sporting News named NEIL NAPOLITANO as director of marketing research. Napolitano was previously senior market research manager in the Conde Nast Corporate Research Group.


  • la comunidad hired PHILIP BONNERY as senior art director. Most recently, Bonnery worked with Wieden + Kennedy and Bartle Bogle Hagarty as a freelance senior art director.


  • Avenue A | Razorfish hired CHRIS BOWLER as vice president of digital advertising in its Chicago office. Bowler is responsible for branding, direct response and emergent advertising opportunities for clients. Bowler joins Avenue A | Razorfish from Agency.com, where he served as media director.


  • MediaVest promoted NORM CHAIT, IAN MAIDMAN, VINCENT SAUVAGNARGUES and CALEB WINDOVER to senior vice presidents.


  • Discovery Communications promoted JOHN HONEYCUTT to executive vice president and chief media technology officer and MYRNA RENAUD to senior vice president, international media operations.


  • Northlich hired ROSE WESSELMAN as a senior media strategist and SARAH STALNECKER as a media strategist.


  • SCOTT MANNING joined Moroch as executive managing director. He previously served as senior vice president/senior business director at DDB Seattle.


  • JIM TREMBLAY was promoted to vice president of advertising sales for Fox Reality Channel.


  • MangoMOBILE opened a New York office, appointing JAMIE WELLS vice president, strategy and client services of the new office.


  • COREMedia Systems hired LOUIS NACLERIO as vice president, business analysis; RANDY SHUMPERT as vice president and product manager of Long-Form direct-response TV; and TYREE STOKELY as business analyst.


  • Screenvision hired DAVID WENGROD as vice president, alternative content programming. Most recently, Wengrod was vice president of business development and programming for Moe Greene Entertainment.

     


  • MARC GARBARINI was named executive creative director in Organic’s New York office; CONOR BRADY was promoted from group creative director to executive creative director; and SAM CANNON was promoted from group creative director to executive creative director in Detroit.


  • McClain Finlon hired GRACE LEE as a digital asset manager from Sports Authority, where she was most recently a creative manager. JAY BUCKNER joins the agency as project manager from Specialty Sports Venture, where he was a Web site manager.


  • BRIAN STALZER joined Zillow as director of Midwest sales. JACKIE JANKOWSKI was appointed as an account executive in Chicago. Lastly, MEGAN BELL was named account executive in New York.


  • DANNY KAPLAN, senior vice president, group media director at Universal McCann New York will relocate to the agency’s Los Angeles office. He will continue to work on the Sony Electronics business, and build a West Coast team.


  • ANDY BATKIN was named CEO of ProLink Solutions’ Media division. He joins the company from Innovative Media Solutions, where he served as CEO.


  • ANDREW BAILEY was promoted to president of Proximity Canada, BBDO Canada’s relationship, direct marketing and interactive services agency. Bailey joined Proximity Canada in 2005 as vice president of its interactive arm.


  • Range Online Media launched an in-house Strategy and Research department, and promoted DUSTIN ENGEL to director of consumer strategy and research to head the division. Prior to joining Range, he led strategic marketing initiatives at Match.com and was the director of business development at American Greetings Interactive.


  • RANDALL LICHNER was named publisher and managing editor of Newport Beach Magazine. Lichner, former publisher and managing editor of The Coastal News and This Week Las Vegas will lead the magazine's commercial activities, including national advertising sales, consumer marketing and business development.


  • JOHN SWARTZ joined Saatchi & Saatchi New York as vice president, project management, for digital and convergent media. Swartz was most recently director of project management, interactive at Draftfcb.


  • SCOTT REICH joined CONCERT.TV as vice president of programming. Reich formerly served as vice president of multi-platform music programming at VH1.


  • Pastemagazine hired NICK MARINO as managing editor and promoted JASON KILLINGSWORTH from music editor to deputy editor. Marino comes to Paste from the Atlanta Journal-Constitution where he served as pop music critic.


  • ROB FIGA joined Prime Point Media as vice president of sales and FRED DIMESA joined the company as vice president/gm of local/regional markets.


  • Airborne Entertainment promoted NANCIE WIGHT from executive vice president of sales and distribution to chief operating officer.
