  • SS+K promoted NOELLE WEAVER to senior director, business development.

  • Cheil Worldwide hired BRUCE HAINES, former Group CEO of Leo Burnett London, as president & global chief operating officer.


  • MARY DORIS-SMITH joined Mullen as senior vice president, account director, with a key leadership role on the agency's General Motors Cardmember Services account. She was most recently with Wunderman as part of the integrated marketing group of agencies known as Team Detroit.


  • Kirshenbaum bond + partners named CHERYL GREENE managing partner/director, integrated brand strategies.


  • SUSAN MALFA, vice president of sales for Bravo since 2007, has been promoted to senior vice president, adding oversight of Oxygen ad sales to her current responsibilities.


  • Javelin Direct named MIA MCNIECE vice president, client services. Most recently, McNiece was account director at R/GA in New York.


  • VERSUS named JAMIE DAVIS has as president. Davis joins VERSUS from ESPN STAR Sports, where he served as managing director from 2005 to 2007.


  • Faith & Values Media promoted DEB MATHEWS to the newly created position of director of Internet services and MICHAEL KELLY to content manager for the organization's new FaithStreams Division.


  • R/GA is opening a San Francisco office, and hired MAURO CAVALLETTI as executive creative director.


  • Hanson Dodge Creative named JEFF LESWING as vice president of global interactive and WALTER BLOCH as director of project management.


  • Davidandgoliath named JOHN KIESELHORST as design director. Kieselhorst will primarily work on the Kia Motors business and oversee design direction on a variety of the agency's other accounts. Most recently, he was vice president, creative director of the Volvo and Timberland accounts at Arnold, Boston.


  • MARTY ORZIO is leaving his position as chief creative officer at Energy BBDO to return to New York.


  • Zoom Media & Marketing named DAN LEVI to the position of senor vice president, digital media and strategic partnerships. Previously, he was chief marketing officer of Monster.com's Internet advertising division.


  • YuMe added GIAN LOMBARDI, JIM CRUTCHFIELD and THOM HOGE to its video ad sales team. Lombardi, previously vice president of sales at PointRoll, joins as vice president Eastern sales and Crutchfield, previously an account executive at Fox News Channel, joins as sales director. Hoge, previously vice president of Automotive and Agency Partnerships at Viewpoint, joins as vice president western sales.


  • Perfect Fools appointed MARK CHALMERS as a new partner and creative director. Chalmers was formerly executive creative director at StrawberryFrog Amsterdam working on global campaigns for clients including Heineken, Mitsubishi, Coca-Cola and ASICS Onitsuka Tiger.


  • CARINA LIEBEKNECHT joined createthe group as director of client services. Carina previously held the role of group account director at Atmosphere BBDO. MELISSA GRILLO has been named director of online marketing at createthe group. She was previously a retail group account director at Avenue A/Razorfish.


  • R&R Partners has promoted ARNIE DIGEORGE to the position of group creative director, overseeing the agency's creative teams in the Las Vegas and Phoenix offices.


  • BILL HEWSON was named president of Catapult Interactive. Hewson joined the company from Carat, where he was vice president -director of account services for digital services.


  • MAI KIM FLOURNOY is set to join the Oxygen Network as vice president strategic multiplatform program planning. Flournoy most recently was vice president program planning for VH1.

  • JEFFERY DAVIS was named as vice president, of sales west at Interevco, heading up the West Coast sales efforts for AARP, Ancestry and Interevco Healthnet.


  • AMP Agency hired WHITNEY HARDY as vice president, account management.


  • Alloy Media + Marketing hired CHRISTINE PETRILLO as vice president, business development director.

  • Experian Research Services hired JIM TOBOLSKI as senior vice president, sales agency group. Prior to joining ERS, he served as vice president of sales for Arbitron's Advertiser Agency Services Division.


  • a52 hired RON COSENTINO as executive producer.


  • DAYNA MCCAMLEY was named client director at The Brand Union.


  • Wunderman New York hired CAMERON KELLOCK and JOANNA PEÑA-BICKLEY as executive creative directors. Most recently, Kellock was at partisan, handling creative chores on Tishman Speyer Properties. Peña-Bickley joins the agency from TraceyLocke where she served as vice president, interactive, working on Pepsi, Hershey's, Nestlé's and Kimberly-Clark.
