  • Zig hired AARON HOROWITZ as business development leader. Prior to joining zig, Horowitz served as vice president, business development for imc2.


  • CBS Interactive hired DOUG TURNER as vice president of marketing for the company’s Games, Music and Lifestyle division which includes brands such as GameSpot, CHOW, last.fm, Metacritic and UrbanBaby.

  • ANDREW MCCARTNEY was named managing director of Tribal DDB, the interactive division of DDB Canada, to lead its Toronto office. McCartney was most recently vice president, client partner for Blast Radius in Toronto.


  • DON DURBIN joined Digitas as senior vice president, marketing to lead the agency’s MillerCoors account. Prior to joining Digitas, he was senior vice president, management director for Element 79.


  • Washingtonpost.Newsweek Interactive promoted ANTHONY DEMAIO to director of east coast sales.


  • Euro RSCG Chicago promoted LAURA LUCKMAN KELBER to group account director on the Sprint account.


  • Mindset Media hired STEPHANIE WANG as manager, business development; LIZ GRUSZKIEVICZ as senior account executive, midwestern region; NICOLE DUGAN as senior account executive, western region and CHANA STERN as senior account executive.


  • ANA MARIE COX has been named Washington editor of Radar.

  • G2 Interactive named MARC GARBARINI as executive creative director.


  • SMG Performance Marketing elevated JILL BALIS  to managing director of SMG Search, strategy and analytics, replacing STEVE GOVERNALE.

  • McCann Erickson New York hired ALESSANDRA LARIU and QIAN QIAN, who both most recently worked at AKQA, New York.


  • ROB GUENETTE, currently president of TAXI Canada, was elevated to CEO, responsible for all TAXI offices in Canada and the US. RON WILSON, now chief financial officer, adds to his current role the title and responsibilities of COO.


  • YANGAROO named JOSH ZIEMAN as senior vice president of business development. He previously served as vice president, marketing at EMI’s Manhattan/Blue Note.


  • TRACEY ALTMAN has been named vice president, publisher of Reader’s Digest magazine. Altman joins the magazine from the Publishing Group of America, where she was senior vice president, group publisher.


  • TargetCom named LEN HARTZ as director of business development. Hartz was previously new business director for Launch Creative Marketing.


  • Tremor Media hired CHRISTIAN BAUDIS as the head of its European business. He joins Tremor Media from Google, where he was formerly the head of operations in Germany.

  • JASON GOTTLIEB joined Heavy.com as an account executive. Gottlieb was formerly advertising sales director for Ecast.


  • 4INFO hired PATRICIA CLARK as regional vice president of advertising sales for the east coast. Prior to joining 4INFO, Clark served as vice president of digital sales at WWE.

  • DAVID BONNER joined St. John & Partners as senior vice president and executive creative director. Bonner previously served as an executive vice president and chief creative officer at Doe Anderson.


  • KIRSTEN HANO was named senior vice president/account director at Small Army. She most recently served as group account and new business director at Modernista.
