  • Charlie Fiordalis

    Media Storm hired Charlie Fiordalis as managing director of digital to lead the agency’s digital practices. Fiordalis will work across Media Storm’s accounts including FOX, FX and Food Network. He will be report to Andrea Kerr Redniss, Chief Activation Officer at Media Storm. Most recently Fiordalis worked at Organic’s New York office as executive director of client services where he led accounts like Pepsi, P&G, Hasbro and Hilton Hotels & Resorts. Prior to Organic, he held positions at NBC Universal, Digitas, Y&R and Havas.
  • Jeff Maerov

    DigitasLBi named Jeff Maerov as senior vice president/group creative director in Boston. Maerov will lead creative teams on clients including Goodyear and Dunkin’ Donuts and report to Rob Rizzo, executive creative director, DigitasLBi Boston and Detroit. Most recently, Maerov served as group creative director at DraftFCB Orange County where he oversaw the Taco Bell, Petco, and Smokey Bear accounts. Prior to that, Maerov held creative director positions at Euro RSCG 4D and Young & Rubicam in New York. He was also a select participant in the Warner Brothers Sitcom Writing Program in Los Angeles.

    DDB Chicago hired Paul Dain as senior vice president, senior account director on McDonald’s. Dain previously worked in the DDB network, serving as director of technology and user experience at Tribal DDB. Most recently he was worked at Leo Burnett and prior to that Razorfish where he partnered with cross-agency and client leadership on the digital portion of the Kellogg’s account. “My primary objective is to lead teams that are not just developing  ‘integrated advertising’ – but developing new approaches that impact consumer behavior in unexpected ways and drive tangible, measureable business results for our clients,” said Dain.
  • Sarah Hofstetter, Jared Belsky and Bryan Wiener

    Sarah Hofstetter was promoted to CEO, 360i US, up from president. As CEO, she will lead 360i in the US, while retaining global leadership over the agency’s Brand Marketing practice. In addition, Jared Belsky was promoted to president, 360i US, replacing Hofstetter. Belsky most recently served as executive vice president, overseeing the agency’s 125-person Atlanta office and building up its Search, Media and Analytics practice. In his new role, Belsky is charged with providing global leadership to the agency’s Search, Media and Analytics practice. Lastly, Bryan Wiener’s title is now chairman and global CEO of 360i.Since 2005, Wiener has grown the agency from a virtual startup to global business with more than 600 people worldwide.

    WPP’s Wing named Favio Ucedo as chief creative officer. Ucedo will be responsible for leading Wing’s creative teams for clients like Pantene, Downy, Cover Girl, Olay, DIRECTV, Eli Lilly, 3M, RadioShack and Red Lobster. Based in New York, he will report to Andrew Speyer, vice president/managing director of Wing. Over the course of his career, Ucedo’s U.S. Hispanic work has been recognized with numerous honors including theCannes Lions, Clio Awards, Effie Awards and a Yellow Pencil from D&AD. Prior to joining Wing, Ucedo was executive creative director at Grupo Gallegos, where he lead creative for brands such as Comcast, Target, Energizer, CMPB (Got milk?), Tecate, Valvoline and Fruit of the Loom. Ucedo has been named “Best Creative Director of the U.S. Hispanic Market” by El Ojo de Iberoamérica four times.
