    Deutsch LA hired Tom Pettus as executive vice president, group creative director. Pettus will serve as creative lead in charge of social platforms across all accounts, while also leading the HTC business. He joins the agency from INNOCEAN, where he worked as vice president, creative director. While there, Pettus provided creative direction and leadership for brand work for the agency's clients, with an emphasis on digital platforms. Prior to INNOCEAN, Pettus worked for R/GA, Crispin Porter + Bogusky and Media Arts Lab on clients like Nike, Apple, Best Buy and Domino's. "Our mission continues to bring on the best, most proven talent there is -- we see that as talented creative people who can execute on our 'make it original, make it shareable' filter," said Pete Favat, chief creative officer of Deutsch LA.

    TBWA\Chiat\Day LA hired Mark Peters as creative director, working on Southwest Airlines, Nixon, Gatorade and NKLA (No Kill Los Angeles). Peters joins the agency from Deutsch LA, where he served as senior vice president, creative director on the Volkswagen account for the past four years. Prior to that, he was creative director at McGarryBowen working on the Verizon account. Peters also had a stint at GSD&M, where he was creative director on BMW, Kohler, AT&T, Legacy and L.L. Bean. "Mark has an impressive background, and a rich history of creating inspiring, needle-moving campaigns for a slew of top-tier multinational brands," said Stephen Butler, chief creative officer of TBWA. "After having the good fortune to work on a great brand like Volkswagen, I'm thrilled by the chance to join TBWA\Chiat\Day LA and impact other brands that are so aligned with my passions and interests," added Peters.

    Gyro added Nancy Seidel as client services director of its Denver office. She joins the agency from FCB, where she served as senior vice president, group management director on USPS. Prior to that, she held leadership positions at Doner, IMPACT and Zipatoni, working with brands like Coca-Cola, Gerber Nutrition, Kraft Foods and Nestle, among others. In her new position at Gyro, Seidel will lead the WOW! and tw telecom accounts. Additionally, she will help lead the new business development team in Denver. "As the Gyro Denver reputation continues to expand, we are able to attract top talent from across the globe," said Daphne Fink Taber, general manager of Gyro Denver. "Nancy has decades of experience delivering success for global brands, and her expertise enhances Gyro's ability to deliver on our brand promise."

    McCann elevated Mat Bisher to executive creative director, responsible for the agency's global Microsoft account as well as New York's Jose Cuervo business. Bisher, most recently group creative director, first joined McCann in 2005 as senior art director, where he helped develop the winning Microsoft pitch. In 2013, his "Have a Story" campaign helped win the Jose Cuervo account. While at McCann, he has also worked on Verizon Wireless, MasterCard, Chevy, Nature Valley and Dentyne accounts. Prior to joining McCann, Bisher was an art director at BBDO New York. "There is a lot of talent inside the walls of McCann. And Mat is one of the brightest stars we have, so it made sense to move him into a position to succeed on a big stage. It's important that we keep finding the people with the talent, drive and guts it takes to do the kinds of things our clients are asking for," said Rob Reilly, Global Creative Chairman, McCann Worldgroup.

    InterMedia Advertising promoted Grant Rosenquist to senior vice president, media insight and planning director, a new position. Rosenquist has been with the company since 2006 as vice president of analytics and insight. In this new role, he will lead a business intelligence unit that is responsible for all aspects of data, including development of user-friendly client dashboards. Rosenquist will manage all of the company's media research and data tools. "This position will allow Grant to do what he does best for our agency and our clients: develop big picture strategy," said InterMedia CEO Robert Yallen. "Grant will continue to collaborate with our leadership, new business and account teams to provide thoughtful, provocative and strategic insights for our clients. Additionally, he will develop data-driven media plans, analyze trends, and help to educate clients and potential new business partners." Rosenquist joined InterMedia after 17 years specializing in research, planning and managing media advertising campaigns. He spent nine years at KSL Media West in Seattle, and five with Western/Initiative Media in Los Angeles and San Francisco, among others.
