    Victors & Spoils hired Danielle Fuller as director of account management & planning. Fuller will oversee the Account Management and Planning departments and report to agency president, Jonathan Balck. Fuller spent nearly two decades at Ogilvy & Mather where she served as senior partner, executive group director and worked across the agency's New York, Los Angeles and Chicago offices. While there, Fuller led a portfolio of clients including the agency's flagship account IBM, the LA office's largest client, Cisco, as well as Johnson & Johnson, Nature Made and Vodafone. "Danielle helps us up our game as we grow and take on new challenges," said Balck. "Her experience with large accounts in complex categories comes to us at the perfect moment in the agency's journey." Victors & Spoils clients include American Express, Coca-Cola, Driscoll's, General Mills, Harley-Davidson, JCPenney, Adidas, LivingSocial and Unilever.

    OgilvyOne Worldwide has appointed Mish Fletcher to Worldwide Managing Director, Marketing. The newly-created role reflects a commitment by the agency to strengthen and expand its Customer Engagement offering. Previously Worldwide Marketing Director, where her focus was on building OgilvyOne’s reputation globally, Fletcher’s new role will grow her responsibilities to include new business enablement, driving adoption and engagement, and a broader push for global marketing content and new product offerings across the network.     Rob Feakins, President and Chief Creative Officer at Publicis Kaplan Thaler is leaving the agency, the shop has confirmed. AgencySpy broke the story late Friday afternoon. Feakins has been in the post since 2006 when he joined the agency prior to the Publicis-Kaplan Thaler merger. Previously he was with Kirshenbaum Bond + Partners. Here is the agency’s statement: “Yes, after eight terrific years at Publicis, Rob Feakins has decided it is time to move on to something new. Rob has been one of the hardest working creative leads in our business. This year alone the work he has shepherded for the agency has won over 140 creative awards. The most in our history.  We all think so highly of Rob and wish him well as he moves on to this next phase.” No word yet on a successor. 

  • Jack Perone

    DDB Chicago hired Jack Perone as chief strategy officer, responsible for heading the agency's planning department. He previously served as vice president, director of planning and global planning director, at J. Walter Thompson. Perone reports to Paul Gunning, CEO of DDB Chicago. In his new position, Perone will be responsible for leading the full strategic planning process, including all analytics functions. During his eighteen years at J. Walter Thompson, Perone managed an integrated planning department, overseeing key agency accounts and generating a number of major new business wins, among them Johnson & Johnson's Tylenol, Motrin, and the U.S. pain franchise, Grand Marnier, University of Toronto, Kit Kat and Special K. "We're delighted to welcome Jack to the DDB Chicago team," said Gunning. "Not only is he a passionate strategic thinker, but he brings to the agency a wealth of experience and a fresh perspective. We're confident he will help build a stronger department and become an integral part of our leadership team."
  • Anthony DeBery, Alyssa Wilson Georg and Gabe Whaley

    SS+K hired Anthony DeBery as head of creative services. Most recently, he was creative manager at Saatchi & Saatchi, where he was responsible for the hiring process and management and allocation of the agency's creative talent. In his new position, DeBery will be charged with creative recruitment and internal creative operations at SS+K, which picked up work for HBO, E*TRADE, Jackson Hewitt, The New Yorker and Fresh Direct this year. Prior to Saatchi & Saatchi, DeBery spent three years at Kirshenbaum Bond, Senecal + Partners. "Great things are happening at SS+K and we are constantly on the lookout for talent that will keep the momentum going," said Bobby Hershfield, Partner and Chief Creative Officer at SS+K. "People like Anthony will take this place even further." SS+K also named Alyssa Wilson Georg as senior art director. Georg was most recently senior art director at Arnold Worldwide where she worked on New Balance and Progressive. Prior to Arnold, she worked on Jet Blue at Mullen. The agency also hired former Buzzfeed writer Gabe Whaley as social/digital content writer.
  • Chris Wooster
    T3
    T3 hired Chris Wooster as executive creative director. He will work alongside Jay Suhr, chief creative officer of T3, to drive the company's creative efforts. Wooster has more than 20 years of experience in brand and creative development with focus on digital, user experience, and social. He rejoins T3 after spending five years at McGarryBowen in Chicago and New York. At McGarryBowen, Wooster served as the agency's first digital executive creative director and helped foster integration and growth of its digital business. While there, he was part of several new business efforts, including United Airlines and Staples. During his initial stint at T3 from 2007-2009, Wooster led the Marriott digital teams and was the creative lead on successful pitches for UPS and the U.S. Department of Education's "I'm Going" site and social programs. In addition to time at mcgarrybowen, Wooster spent several years at Mullen, helping to build the agency's digital practices. "We are thrilled to welcome Chris back to T3," said Gay Gaddis, CEO of T3. "He will be integral to the team bringing with him his extensive experience in brand development and digital leadership. Chris' expertise will be an immediate asset to T3 and our clients as we continue to expand our business taking full advantage of all the exciting opportunities ahead."

    Horizon Media continues to strengthen its digital leadership team by naming Kyung Kim Vice President of Digital Activation, effective immediately. This is a new position at the agency. Kim will jointly manage the agency’s digital activation practice with Ray Romero, also Vice President of Digital Activation. He and Romero will split oversight of Horizon's digital activation team of around 70 employees. Kim reports to Donnie Williams, Chief Digital Officer at Horizon Media. Kim has near twenty years of experience in the digital advertising industry. He most recently led digital global strategy and partnerships for the McDonald’s Global Media Network. Kim has experience working across multiple industry categories, on notable blue-chip brands that include Dell, State Farm Insurance, Turner Media Group, and Heineken. "Kyung embodies a great mix of the art and science needed to continue to push boundaries," says Williams. "Thought leadership in the digital media space is incredibly hard to find and our company prides itself on forward-thinking approaches that deliver value thru data insights and creativity. He’s realized success in the past deploying similar principles and we’re excited to add his thinking to the team."

Most recently, Cohen served as senior vice president, strategy & analysis at Digitas. Cohen, who has 18 years of industry experience, also worked at Publicis Vivaki on the Kraft business where she led research for the entire Kraft media account, which at the time included both Mondelez and Kraft Foods.

    Momentum Worldwide, part of Interpublic’s McCann Worldgroup, has appointed Matthew Gidley as its new Managing Director for the agency’s Chicago office. Most recently Director of Insight & Strategy at Momentum UK in London, Gidley—already a member of the agency’s Executive Leadership team—is charged with the growth of the Chicago office, and with ultimate oversight of partnerships with leading brands including the U.S. Army, Mondelez International, United Airlines, among other clients. Gidley will report directly to EVP Regional Director, North America Donnalyn Smith and will begin his new position in January. Gidley has been with Momentum since 2009. Prior, he was a Head of Creative Strategy within Interpublic Group’s Team Nokia, helping create the award-winning branded films The Fourth Screen and Days of Change. Other assignments included Thomson Reuters, Zain and Proctor & Gamble.
