    Moroch Partners hired Donald Pierce as director of business insights, responsible for leading consumer insights and analytics for the agency's McDonald's account in both the Philadelphia and New York offices. Most recently, he worked at McDonald's USA for 15 years as east division officer for consumer & business insights. Throughout his career, Pierce has also worked on brand strategies for Polaroid, Nabisco, Target, Kmart, CVS and Walgreens. "Donald understands how critical it is to make the McDonald's brand relevant locally and our team will greatly benefit from not only his experience with the brand but his ability to keep his finger on the pulse of the consumer in these markets," said Rob Boswell, CEO of Moroch.

    Doner Detroit named Steve Silver as executive vice president, executive creative director. He will report to Rob Strasberg, co-CEO and chief creative officer, Doner. Most recently, Silver was executive creative director at Leo Burnett Detroit, where he worked on digital, television and outdoor work for the Chevy Silverado. He also led creative efforts for integrated, social and guerilla marketing for the Diego Rivera and Freda Kahlo exhibition at the Detroit Institute of Arts. Prior to that, he was group creative director at Ogilvy, Chicago. In his new position, Silver will be responsible for the overall creative direction for the agency's Fiat Chrysler Brands, as well as other accounts. "We couldn't be more exited to be bringing someone of Steve's talents and experience on board," said Strasberg. "His distinct style and leadership will help to push our creative boundaries, while elevating our clients' brands and increasing overall business results."
