    Goodby Silverstein & Partners hired Mike Long as creative director on Comcast/XFINITY. He will report to Margaret Johnson, executive creative director at GS&P. Long joins the agency from Droga5, where he served as content creative director, developing and directing digital content for clients such as Newcastle, Diet Coke and Johnsonville. Prior to Droga5, Long spent more than eight years as a commercials director for production company, Epoch Films. He also served as executive creative director at Saatchi & Saatchi, working on Coca-Cola, Sony, MTV, JCPenney and Heineken. "I've really loved my time at Droga5, and they're a great group of people, but I'm excited for a new challenge," said Long. "I've always respected and admired the culture at GS&P and really look forward to working with them. Comcast is an innovative client at the intersection of entertainment, media and technology, and I can't imagine a more timely opportunity."     TBWA\Chiat\Day LA named Jerico Cabaysa as managing director on the Gatorade account, which the agency has handled since 2008. Cabaysa will lead the Gatorade team on all U.S. and global brand initiatives and report to Luis DeAnda, president of TBWA\Chiat\Day LA. This is a return to the agency for Cabaysa, who began his career working as an account executive on the Playstation, XM Satellite Radio and Rock the Vote accounts. Most recently, Cabaysa was an account director at Wieden + Kennedy New York on the Jordan and Sprite brands. He led team that produced Jordan's #RE2PECT campaign to honor Derek Jeter's retirement season. Prior to W+K, Cabaysa was an account director at 180LA, where he led the adidas basketball account and helped launch NBA star Derrick Rose's signature shoe. He also spent time at Oakley, where he served as global marketing director, leading advertising and creative for the brand. "Jerico has solid agency and client side experience combined with a keen understanding of sport and youth brands, as reflected in the award-winning and culturally engaging work he's been involved with," said DeAnda. "We are thrilled to have him back in the building."

    Alex Lubar was named CEO of McCann London. He currently serves as chief marketing officer of McCann Worldgroup's New York office, and will begin his new role in January, 2016. Lubar succeeds Zaid Al-Zaidy and will work closely with joint ECDs and presidents Rob Doubal and Lolly Thomson in his new role. Lubar, a UK native, joined McCann in 2012 as chief marketing officer of McCann North America, where he oversaw all new business activity and led the efforts that resulted in the addition of new clients such as the United States Postal Service, Lockheed Martin, Zurich Insurance, SABIC, and Jose Cuervo. In 2014 he was promoted to chief marketing officer of McCann Worldgroup. "As CMO, Alex's multidiscipline approach to helping our clients navigate the complexities of the marketing business today and finding solutions to the challenges facing their brands has led to terrific opportunities for us and our clients," said Harris Diamond, Chairman and CEO of McCann Worldgroup. "Becoming CEO of our growing London agency is the natural evolution of the job Alex has been doing globally with both new and existing clients." Naseemuddeen will be responsible for leading the company's strategy department and working with the company's new business team to attract future partnerships. She has more than nine years of experience working at agencies like TBWA\Chiat\Day, Team One, BBH LA, and Deutsch LA, on brands like Google, Pepsi, Red Bull, Lexus and Diamond Foods. "Thas is a highly experienced strategist and leader," said Don Kurz, chairman and CEO of Omelet. Before that, he worked in various roles for Ogilvy, Arnold, Carmichael Lynch, Ralph Lauren and Gap Inc.
