    Butler, Shine, Stern & Partners (BSSP) hired Jackie Coffey as director of performance Mmrketing, a new position. Most recently, she was associate director of digital strategy at GSD&M, where she oversaw efforts across digital channels for clients like Whole Foods Market, United States Air Force and Chipotle. Prior to that, Coffey was a digital media supervisor and planner at Boston-based Hill Holiday, leading digital media strategy and development for Liberty Mutual Insurance, CVS, Cigna and TJX. "We've seen great growth in our programmatic media offering, and we've been wanting to bring that and search, in conjunction with our analytics practice to the next level," said Greg Stern, CEO of BSSP. "By further strengthening our performance marketing capabilities, we can continue to differentiate the agency and fuel growth. Along with technology, our investment in great talent like Jackie is critical to how we evolve as an agency."

    GSD&M promoted five in its media department. Erin Bernethy was elevated to associate media director and will continue to lead the Storck and LeapFrog accounts. Amanda Parker was upped to media supervisor and will continue to lead the United States Air Force account. Pooja Iyer was promoted to media supervisor. She started at the agency working on the RadioShack business, but become a integral member of the Whole Foods Market team. In her new position, Iyer will continue working on Whole Foods. Dorothy Patterson was elevated to media planner. She joined the GSD&M media team as an intern during the summer of 2014 and in her new position will work on the United States Air Force account. Lastly, Sarah Denney was promoted to senior media planner. She began her career at the agency working on the Zales media team, and is now working on the LeapFrog account.

    Arnold Worldwide named Nisha Dass, as executive vice president, global director, business strategy & analytics, corporate strategy. Dass will be based in Arnold's Boston headquarters and report to Pam Hamlin, global president of Arnold Worldwide. Most recently, she served as senior vice president, group chief strategy and business development officer at the Massy Group. Prior to that, Dass was an associate principal at McKinsey & Company, including positions in the Boston, Brussels and Bogota offices. While at McKinsey, her focus was mainly in strategy, organization and transformational change, working with clients in countries including the US, UK, Qatar, South Africa, Nigeria, India, The Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Colombia, Jamaica and T&T. "We are on a mission to elevate the importance of creativity in business," said Hamlin. "Nisha will help us do that by expanding our use of data, business strategy and analytics to inspire and power the impact of our ideas. We’re thrilled to have her join the agency and lead what is already a very strong team in this area."

He reports to Sean Lyons, president, U.S. Most recently, he served as chief marketing officer of Windy Hill Spirits in Nashville. Schneider began his career in client services at Kirshenbaum Bond & Partners. He also held roles at Ogilvy & Mather, Deutsch LA and 72andSunny, where he was director of brand management. "Alex is joining us at an exciting time as we are seeing phenomenal growth in our Portland office, which supports our award-winning work for Nike," said Lyons. "As part of this, we have moved some of our best and brightest out there, where they will also work with our offices in our west coast region, including Los Angeles and San Francisco."
