    Innocean USA named Eric Springer chief creative officer, a new position at the agency. He will report to Steve Jun, CEO of Innocean USA .Most recently, Springer was chief creative officer of Ignited. He brings more than 20 years of experience to the agency, having worked on brands including Volkswagen, Coors and Taco Bell. In his most recent roles, Springer led a global team to win back the Levi's account while running FCB/West. He spent the past year turning Ignited, an LA-based social media agency, into a full-range one. "Our team is passionate about breaking down category conventions, creating new business models, and elevating brands and businesses above the competition," said Jun. "We felt that Eric was the perfect leader to take our creativity to the next level and continue our momentum."
  • Ashley Geisheker

    VSA Partners is naming Ashley Geisheker as associate partner, executive director of production to focus on two primary tasks: building out the shop's new production department and producing work for Hornitos Tequila. Last month, VSA Partners nabbed Beam Suntory's Hornitos Tequila account, which is the second largest Beam Suntory brand behind Jim Beam. Geisheker will be based in Chicago but will frequently travel to VSA's other locations in Detroit and New York. She reports to VSA Partners' William Rosen. Geisheker has experience with alcohol brands. She oversaw the broadcast business at Cavalry, including most notably managing production for the Coors Family of Brands. Geisheker has also held production roles at Y&R and Energy BBDO, working with clients including Wrigley, Hotels.com and Sears. "Ashley's talent and experience bringing integrated ideas to life will be invaluable as VSA continues to win more top tier marketing and branding engagements," says Rosen, partner and marketing practice lead, VSA Partners. She most recently worked at Goodby, Silverstein & Partners as an art director for more than 3 years. Hart works across multiple clients including In-Shape gyms, Yellow Pages and new business. Peter Henningsen was named copywriter and joins the agency from R/GA New York. Henningsen will work across multiple clients including In-Shape gyms, Yellow Pages and new business. Lastly, Emily Brody was named account manager and most recently worked as a brand manager at Mekanism. Before that, she was an office manager at Mekanism as well as Camp + King. Brody will work on TiVo, glassybaby, new business and other accounts.

Swanson will be based in Atlanta and report to Joanne Zaiac, president, New York and Atlanta. He joins DigitasLBi from Definition 6, where he was managing director. Before that, he ran accounts, marketing, and sales at Moxie, part of the Publicis Groupe network. Prior to Moxie, Swanson was a partner at Engauge, which was sold to Publicis in 2013. He has worked in the digital space on numerous clients, including Verizon, Georgia Pacific, Nestle, AMC, Brown-Forman and Coca-Cola. "Steve is a visionary leader and a champion of the work," says Zaiac. "His strategic approach and innovative thinking will help us transform our clients' business. She has worked for clients like Pepsi, Quaker, T-Mobile, American Airlines, JCPenney, MillerCoors, Harrah's Entertainment, 7-Eleven and Yum! Brands.
