    Cameron Wilson was named creative director for Tribal Vancouver. Wilson will work closely under Dean Lee, executive creative director, DDB Canada Vancouver. Over the course of his 17-year career in Montreal and India, Wilson has led creative teams for clients like Royal Canadian Mint, Aeroplan, Loto Quebec, General Mills, IBM, Yoplait, Fido, Rona, Budweiser, Cirque du Soleil and Bell Canada. "One of his strong suits is his ability to combine creativity and strategic thinking with the latest technology to build modern brands that resonate with consumers," said Lee.

    Omelet named Ricardo Diaz as executive digital director. Diaz joins the company from the leadership team at Zambezi, Inc. and more than six years as director of creative technology at TBWA\Chiat\Day Los Angeles. At Omelet, Diaz will help the company grow and shape its digital discipline while also working closely with the creative and strategy teams to continue to inspire innovative ideas for the digital world.     Carat promoted Fiona Lloyd from executive client officer at Carat UK to network development officer for Carat Global, a new position. Lloyd will report to Will Swayne, global president of Carat. Both are based in the London office. A 10-year Carat veteran, Lloyd will be tasked with delivering an aligned strategy for the 150 countries served by Carat around the world. "I am delighted Fiona will be joining the Carat Global team," said Swayne. "She knows our network intimately and has extensive global and local management experience. Fiona is passionate about our clients, our talent and embodies the values of our organization. She is perfect for the role and will enable Carat to continue to redefine media for our clients around the globe."     Arnold Worldwide tapped Ed Castillo as global chief strategy officer, a new position. Castillo will report to Arnold global president Pam Hamlin. Most recently chief strategy officer of TBWA\Chiat\Day New York, Castillo played a key role in driving new business to the agency. In his last year there, he shepherded pitches with brands including GoDaddy (globally), Thomson Reuters (globally) and Travelers Insurance. Prior to TBWA\Chiat\Day, Castillo served as senior vice president, global strategy director at McCann Worldwide, where he led strategy on the brand reinvigoration of American Airlines, following Chapter 11 reorganization. Castillo first collaborated with Arnold Worldwide on the "truth" initiative, while serving as senior vice president, director of account planning at PHD. "Ed is an exciting and critical addition to Arnold's leadership team," said Hamlin. "What really impressed us about Ed is his multifaceted experience, including research, media and brand strategy. I am pleased to welcome him to Arnold, and know he will be a wonderful fit at the agency. Ed will play an important role in continuing to fuel Arnold's momentum."     Simon White has been appointed chief strategy officer of FCB West. White currently oversees strategy for FCB Inferno, located in London. Beginning in March, White, who is relocating to California, will work with CEO Joe Oh, Chief Creative Officer Karin Onsager-Birch, and Chairman Dominic Whittles to lead the agency's West Coast operations. White joined FCB after a 10-year stint at Grey London. He began his career in brand management working for advertisers spanning Mars, Clairol, Durex and Unilever. Since joining FCB Inferno in 2012, White has led the strategy teams behind many of the agency's new business wins, including BMW and government-roster pitches such as Sport England and the state-run National Savings & Investments bank. He also developed campaigns for marketers including Nivea and Mondelez. "Simon is that rare, one-of-a-kind planner who knows and values the impact of strategy -- rooted in uncovering and deciphering human behavior -- to drive positive consumer change on behalf of brands," said Nigel Jones, chief strategy officer of FCB Global. "This is a wonderful example of cultivating and retaining talent across our global network." Replacing White at FCB Inferno will be Giles Hedger, who starts in April, and most recently served as global chief strategy officer for Leo Burnett Worldwide.
