  • Audra Pace
    Gluttony New York
    Audra Pace has joined Gluttony New York as creative director. Pace previously served as director of strategy at A+E Networks, working on A&E and The History Channel. Prior to that, she served as associate creative director and head of content development at Havas Lynx. Her experience ranges from campaign development to broadcast media and content marketing, and off into digital innovation and experiential design. She is eager to bring every single one of those skills to Gluttony's dynamic environment.

  • Lotta Malm Hallqvist
    MDC Partners
    MDC Partners named Lotta Malm Hallqvist as the company's first managing director, chief marketing officer in Europe. She will report to Bob Kantor, chief marketing and business development officer at MDC. Malm Hallqvist joins MDC from Cheil Worldwide, where she most recently served as president, global chief growth officer. While there, she led a number of collaborative new business wins spanning Cheil’s worldwide agency network, which includes the Barbarian Group and Iris Worldwide, bringing in work from Ethiad Airways, Abbott Pharmaceuticals and CZ Cussions’ personal care business.

    Malm Hallqvist began her career in the agency business as co-founder of Propaganda, which she sold to McCann in 2000. She remained at the agency for 15 years, becoming executive vice president, global chief growth officer in 2011.

    "MDC Partners is a force to be reckoned with in Europe, and while the MDC agencies and their work are celebrated globally, this market has yet to see the full strength of the network or appreciate its stark contrast to the legacy models of its peers," said Malm Hallqvist.

  • Emil Jonsson
    Perfect Fools
    Perfect Fools continues to expand its creative team with Emil Jonsson joining as art director.

    In this newly created role, he will apply his creative skills across all the agency's clients, including Kronans Apotek. He will report to creative director, Klas Lusth and be based in Stockholm.

    Jonsson joins from Honesty Stockholm, where he worked since 2011 on campaigns including INGO, Riksgälden, Scandic Hotels and H&M.

    Prior to Honesty, Jonsson worked at agencies such as Ester Stockholm, John Doe Worldwide Stockholm, Goss Gothenburg and ANR BBDO.

    Jonsson's appointment follows the recent additions of copywriter Magnus Ivansson and strategy director Rasmus Bjurström. This new team is in response to a number of new business wins, says the agency.

  • Ariana Stolarz
    MRM//McCann
    MRM//McCann promoted Ariana Stolarz to global chief strategy officer, up from global director of strategy. Early in her career, Stolarz worked across Latin America and then in the U.S. as the digital strategy leader, both at major general-market and Hispanic agencies. She joined MRM//McCann in 2013, leading the U.S. East (New York and Princeton) strategy team, and was promoted two years later to global director of strategy while working on global assignment out of the London office.

    Zambezi
    Zambezi promoted Ben George and Nick Rodgers to creative directors, up from associate creative directors. They partnered at Zambezi in 2014 when George was hired by the agency to work with Rodgers on TaylorMade Golf. Together, the pair won a competitive pitch for Autotrader and Kelley Blue Book, and recently led Autotrader's millennial-themed ad campaign.

    George joined Zambezi from Saatchi & Saatchi Los Angeles where he was a writer on Toyota, and prior to that worked at CP+B Boulder on Burger King, Sprite and Volkswagen. Rodgers previously worked at Daily & Associates in L.A. and before that Goodby Silverstein and Partners in San Francisco, where he worked on Logitech, Sprint, Dickies, Sonic and Cheetos.
