  • Paco Conde and Beto Fernandez
    Anomaly Los Angeles
    Anomaly Los Angeles added the final additions to its leadership team with the hiring of Paco Conde and Beto Fernandez as executive creative directors  and partners.

    The pair join Anomaly LA's chief strategy officer, Aisea Laungaue and managing director Jiah Choi to lead the newest Anomaly office, which opened April 2016.

    Conde & Fernandez began their partnership as executive creative directors at Ogilvy Brazil. Most recently, they worked at BBH London as group creative directors on Axe, Ray Ban and Absolut. Together they have won hundreds of international awards, including the Grand Clio, Best of Discipline at One Show, Yellow Pencils at D&AD, the Promo Grand Prix and the first Titanium Grand Prix for Latin America at Cannes Lions.

  • Swapna Desai and Marty Enerson
    Martin Williams Advertising
    Minneapolis-based Martin Williams Advertising promoted Swapna Desai to senior vice president, director of business strategy and Marty Enerson to senior vice president, director of operations. The pair will work alongside president Lori Davis to facilitate client services and foster growth.

    Desai served as an account team lead for more than four years. In her new role, she will maximize production efficiency, lead strategic endeavors and identify opportunities for innovation.

    Enerson is tasked with optimizing systems and integrating new technology to simplify agency processes. He has worked for at the agency for 14 years.

    "In today's competitive environment, we know that our clients need new ways to solve problems," said Davis. "The expertise that Swapna and Marty bring to their new positions will further shape the way we think and work, and will ultimately help our clients achieve continued success."

  • Kate Catalinac and Corinne Goode
    BBDO San Francisco
    BBDO San Francisco hired Kate Catalinac and Corinne Goode as creative directors, reporting to Matt Miller, chief creative officer.

    Catalinac spent the past eight years at Goodby Silverstein & Partners where she created campaigns for clients including GOT MILK?, Kayak.com and Princess Cruises. Prior to that, she worked at Saatchi & Saatchi New Zealand on the New Zealand Army account.

    Most recently, Goode was senior art director at DDB Auckland, where she worked on New Zealand Lotteries, McDonald's, Sky TV and Lion Nathan Wine and Beer.

  • Adam Crandall
    Mono
    Mono is naming Adam Crandall as director of strategy at the agency's Minneapolis office. He will be responsible for leading and expanding the 85-person agency's strategy department. He reports to founder/managing director Jim Scott.

    Crandall replaces Erin Keeley, who was promoted to chief marketing officer. His addition enables Keeley to "completely dedicate her time on driving agency growth," they say. Mono's San Francisco office, for instance, recently won AOR duties for Stanford Health Care.

    He brings more than 15 years of experience, including as Target's communications strategy director, overseeing brand development, digital innovation, and design partnerships, including Toms and Lilly Pulitzer.

    He has also worked at Fallon and TBWA\Chiat\Day, where he led strategy for brands like Absolut, Heineken, Snickers, Travelers and Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas.

  • Perry Puccetti, Martin Coady, Kylie Schleicher, Craig Elimeliah and Tiesha Miller
    VML
    VML hired Perry Puccetti as executive director, technology. He will focus on bringing in new technologies, capabilities and cost efficiencies. Puccetti reports to Jeff Geheb, chief technology officer of VML.

    Most recently, Puccetti served as president and CEO of a Kansas City technology consultancy, where he worked with clients across government and commercial sectors including ConocoPhillips, Cessna, the U.S. Marine Corps, U.S. Army, U.S. Navy, Science Applications International Corporation, Honeywell FM&T and Lockheed Martin.

    The agency also promoted four employees, beginning with Martin Coady, who was elevated to executive director, marketing technology, tasked with growing VML's marketing technology practice. As part of this new role, Coady will lead marketing technology partnerships, drive technical analyst relations and help create VML packaged solutions. He previously served as managing technical director in New York, where he worked with clients including Ford, Bristol-Myers Squibb and FedEx.

    Kylie Schleicher was promoted to managing director, technology. During her time at VML, she has worked across a number of industries, with clients including Sprint, Mastercard, Ford and U.S. Soccer.

    Craig Elimeliah was upped to managing director, creative technology. His promotion comes a year after joining VML in the newly -reated role as director of creative technology. Elimeliah will continue to work across VML clients and reports to Geheb.

    Lastly, Tiesha Miller was elevated to group director, technology. In 2015, Miller helped start the VML Chicago office as director, digital strategy. In her new role, she will run the technology offering in Chicago. Miller has a diverse background of experience, including leading the technical implementations for brands such as Gatorade and serving as the product owner/ strategic lead for Kimberly-Clark.
