Experian Marketing Services has inked a deal between its Experian Simmons division and Latinum Network an Hispanic marketing firm. Experian Simmons does research on the Hispanic market psych
and demographics, which it will pair with Latinum's marketing programs for advertisers trying to market to Hispanics. The firms say Latinum will use Experian's measurements of "more than 60,000
consumer elements," and apply them to specific industries, categories and strategic priorities of its members.
