    The Office of National Drug Control Policy has chosen Foote Cone & Belding to handle its entire account. FCB won the account after a three-month competition. The agency will handle media planning and Initiative Media will be responsible for media buying. The account is estimated at $150 million.

    Subaru of America has named DDB New York as the company's national full-service advertising agency of record. Spending was not disclosed.
