    The love between Doner and Circuit City has short-circuited. The two have parted ways on Circuit City's $135 million account.

    French-owned wireless telecom Orange has spilt its $200 million account between various Havas and Publicis Groupe agencies. Publicis Groupe's Fallon London and Marcel Paris are charged with European consumer advertising and Havas' Euro RSCG Paris and London offices will handle worldwide B2B duties.

    OLIVIA, a travel and lifestyle company serving the lesbian community, has tapped Asterix Group to assist with all facets of brand strategy development and creative execution. The agency will provide brand strategy, and design brand materials and ad campaigns. Spending was not released.

    EchoStar has placed the creative portion of its $150 million Dish Network account in review. Publicis currently handles the work.

    Gargantua
    Timbuk2, creator of urban lifestyle bags, has awarded its branding and marketing account to Gargantua, the design and branding unit of Butler, Shine, Stern & Partners. Gargantua will update the company's brand identity and unify its marketing collateral, catalogs, packaging, print and online materials.
