    Haggar Clothing has awarded Crispin Porter + Bogusky its online, offline and viral marketing businesses. Other duties will include design and product development. Billings were not disclosed.

    The $600 million U.S. media account of Miller Brewing is in play, with incumbent Starcom Chicago facing off against Carat New York. Decision is due next month.

    Tire-maker BF Goodrich's new agency of record is the Martin Agency. The company won the $20 million account by triumphing over two finalists, sibling agency Carmichael-Lynch, Minneapolis, and independent Richards Group, Dallas. The account's incumbent was independent Doner, Southfield, Mich.

    Olive Studio has won two nonprofit accounts. It will be the agency of record for The Academic Assistance Program, which provides at-risk and underprivileged young men and women student athletes with academic tutoring and college preparation. Olive is charged with building both an on and offline presence for the organization. Olive will also handle the overall branding initiative for The Mulwani Project, which aids the underprivileged children of the Mulwani School in Livingston, Zambia. Spending for both accounts was not disclosed.

    Mediaedge:cia has won Monster.com's 50-million-pound European media planning and buying account following a competitive pitch. The business includes the German, French and U.K. markets. The agency beat competition from OMD, Carat and ZenithOptimedia. The incumbent was Zenith Optimedia.

    Wireless phone provider Amp'd Mobile has awarded most of its media planning business to Taxi, with Horizon Media to also handle some planning and buying duties. The account had been with Aegis Group's Carat. Paid media billings are estimated at $50 million annually.

    Agency WONGDOODY has won a two-year contract to handle the Washington State Department of Health's anti-tobacco education campaign The account has a current budget of about $7 million per year.
