    Adidas has consolidated its global media business, valued at $200 million, with Carat. The agency bested OMD, PHD, Starcom and MediaCom for the win.

    The Concept Farm
    The motorcycle division of BMW North America has named The Concept Farm as its agency of record. The agency bested G2 and The Brooklyn Brothers for the win. Merkley & Partners previously handled the account, valued at $2 million.

    Petco has placed the creative portion of its $30 million account in review. Incumbent The Phelps Group will defend its work against undisclosed agencies.

    DeVito/Verdi
    Legal Sea Foods, a franchise of Boston-based family restaurants, has named DeVito/Verdi as its agency of record. The assignment will consist of radio and print components. Media billings were not disclosed.

    The Concept Farm
    Windstream Communications, a company created through the spin-off of Alltel's landline business and merger with VALOR Communications Group, has named The Concept Farm as it agency of record. The campaign will consist of traditional, interactive, direct marketing, events, promotions, sponsorships and guerilla marketing elements. Spending was not released.

    Young & Rubicam Brands
    Young & Rubicam Brands Irvine has been named agency of record for Knowledge Learning Corporation, a provider of early childhood education and care. The national account will consist of advertising, interactive, promotions and direct marketing components. The agency competed with nine other agencies in a review handled by the Zyman Group in Atlanta.

    Ignite Health has been awarded an interactive marketing assignment for the oncology business at Cephalon, a biopharmaceutical company.

    The Brooklyn Brothers
    Travel search engine Kayak.com has chosen The Brooklyn Brothers as its first-ever advertising agency of record. The agency will handle brand advertising for Kayak.com, and provide marketing strategy and creative execution for the site's first-ever ad campaign, scheduled to launch in June. The account is valued at more than $10 million, and consists of offline and online components.
