  • Hyundai
    Amalgamated
    Amalgamated is the sixth agency named that's pitching the creative portion of Hyundai's $600 million account.
  • Cherry Coke
    JUXT
    Coca-Cola Worldwide awarded JUXT interactive marketing duties on Cherry Coke, with work to launch later this spring. JUXT is also digital media agency of record for Coke classic.
  • Revlon
    Carat
    After awarding its media planning and buying account to Initiative without a review, Revlon opted to keep its $120 million account with incumbent Carat.
  • Stein Mart
    DeVito/Verdi
    Stein Mart, a national fashion and specialty merchandise chain, selected DeVito/Verdi to handle its national advertising account. The agency will handle research, brand development, creative, media buying and promotional strategies. Creative work will include TV, radio, outdoor, collateral and new media. The account is estimated at more than $50 million.
  • United Airlines
    Barrie D'Rozario Murphy
    United Airlines moved creative chores on its $100 million account from Fallon to newly launched agency Barrie D'Rozario Murphy. Two agency founders worked on the UA account at Fallon.
  • Twisted Tea
    VIA
    VIA has resigned Boston Beer's Twisted Tea account, citing creative differences. The agency was awarded the account, estimated between $1-2 million, in December. VIA created one radio spot and "cardboard keg" brand packaging that launch this month.
  • TV Guide
    Cramer-Krasselt
    GemStar-TV Guide selected Cramer-Krasselt as creative agency of record for TV Guide's $15 million account. A TV, print and online campaign will break in late 2007. Media billings were not disclosed. Mindshare will handle media planning and buying for the account.

    Cutwater
    Jeep awarded creative duties to Cutwater, a newly launched agency. The agency bested Element 79, Martin/Williams, BBDO and Downtown Partners for the win.
  • Faslodex
    Wunderman
    AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals awarded Wunderman creative duties on its cancer drug Faslodex, following a review.
  • La-Z-Boy
    RPA
    RPA was awarded all strategic planning, creative, media planning and buying, direct response media and interactive duties for La-Z-Boy and the La-Z-Boy Furniture Gallery Network. The account, valued at $35 million, was previously handled by Doner.
  • Barona Resort & Casino
    NYCA
    NYCA was hired by Barona Resort & Casino to modernize the brand's image and develop a long-term communications position and ad campaign.
  • Miller Brewing Co.
    In Review
    Y&R Chicago, Mother, Saatchi & Saatchi and two unnamed agencies are pitching the Miller Lite and High Life advertising accounts, estimated at $150 million. Crispin Porter + Bogusky previously handled the account.

    TargetCast tcm
    TargetCast tcm was selected to handle U.S. media strategy and planning for Ruby Tuesday. The account is estimated at $50 million.
  • Thomas Taber & Drazen
    Park City Mountain Resort
    Park City Mountain Resort named Thomas Taber & Drazen as its agency of record. The agency will handle print, direct response, outdoor and Web site design. New work is expected to debut this fall. Spending was not released.

    Publicis USA
    Publicis USA was tapped to create an upcoming branding campaign for Citi. Fallon remains Citi's agency of record.
  • Motel 6
    TM Advertising
    TM Advertising was tapped by Motel 6 to handle the brand's online advertising duties. The agency was hired following a three-month creative and strategic review. TM will be responsible for Web site design, online advertising and online HTML newsletter communication. A redesigned Web site will launch this spring.
  • Bentley Motors
    FUSE Communication
    FUSE Communication was named marketing communications agency of record for Bentley Motors.
  • Curtain Factory Outlet
    Strategis
    Curtain Factory Outlet named Strategis as its agency of record. The account, previously handled on a project basis by local firms, was awarded following a number of projects completed by Strategis. Spending was not released. The agency will handle online and offline marketing, print and outdoor advertising and corporate identity. New work will break this month.
