    In an effort to consolidate its oral-care business with one agency, Procter & Gamble moved creative duties on its $200 million Crest account from Saatchi & Saatchi to Publicis Worldwide.

    In Review
    Home Depot placed its estimated $580 million media account in review. Select Resources is handling the review. Incumbents Initiative, Digitas, Response Mine Interactive and Newspaper Services of America will defend their portions of the account.

    Denny's tapped Goodby, Silverstein & Partners as creative agency for its $50 million advertising account. Publicis Dallas previously handled the account.

    Butler, Shine, Stern & Partners was named lead agency for Chipotle Mexican Grill. DeVito/Verdi previously handled the work.

    LatinWorks and Tapestry
    Burger King tapped LatinWorks to handle creative duties on its $30 million U.S. Hispanic advertising account. Tapestry was awarded media duties. Bromley Communications previously handled both accounts.

    Chrysler shifted creative duties on its $100 million Jeep account back to BBDO Detroit. Cutwater previously handled the account.

    Intel named Venables Bell & Partners as its lead creative agency.

    Chicago-based Health & Disability Advocates named Wirestone as its first advertising agency of record, following a review. Billings are valued at $4 million. The agency will handle media planning, buying and primary research.

    Razorfish
    Mercedes-Benz USA named Razorfish as its digital agency of record. The agency will handle strategy and planning, creative services, media planning, analytics and Web site development.

    Bonefish Grill, part of OSI Restaurant Partners, moved creative duties from Cliff Freeman and Partners to Young & Rubicam.

    Kirshenbaum Bond + Partners
    HomeGoods, part of The TJX Companies, selected kirshenbaum bond + partners to handle strategic and creative marketing duties on its $15 million advertising account. New work is slated to launch in March. Gotham previously handled the account and Pile & Company in Boston handled the review.
