    Reebok consolidated global creative chores on its $60 million advertising account at DDB. McGarryBowen previously handled U.S. creative duties.

    TGI Friday's placed its creative and media accounts in review. Incumbent on the $90 million account, Deutsch Los Angeles, is not defending.
  • Intercontinental Hotels Group
    Mindshare
    Intercontinental Hotels Group named Mindshare as its global strategic planning agency, consolidating media planning and buying activities across all of its brands, including InterContinental Hotels and Resorts, Crowne Plaza, Holiday Inn, Holiday Inn Express, Hotel Indigo, Staybridge Suites and Candlewood Suites. Media services for those brands were previously handled by more than a dozen agencies worldwide. Mindshare was awarded the consolidated account after a review in which seven agencies participated. The account is valued at $80 million.

    Ricker Oil Company named Publicis Indianapolis as its advertising agency of record. Beginning this month, Publicis will assist Ricker with branding and marketing initiatives following the company's acquisition of 32 BP stores throughout central Indiana and a cooperative network of 55 retail locations.

  • Just For Laughs Toronto

    Just For Laughs Toronto has selected zig to handle promotions for the 2009 festival. The agency will handle creative and media chores.

    RockResorts named Cultivator as its advertising agency of record. Incumbent E.B. Lane, Phoenix, did not defend. Media duties remain with Caroline Watson Media Services, Denver. An undisclosed budget will go to national print, radio, outdoor and online advertising. First work will break in April.
