    Vonage named TBWA/Chiat/Day New York as its advertising agency and PHD as its media agency. TBWA/Chiat/Day bested Saatchi & Saatchi and Enfatico for the win.

    Duane Reade named DeVito/Verdi as its first new advertising agency in more than four years. The agency will handle creative, public relations, media planning and buying, guerrilla and event marketing and in-store/collateral work. Spending was not released.

    BBDO Toronto was awarded creative duties on Mercedes-Benz Canada's smart brand. The assignment includes mass, direct, event marketing and digital work for the smart fortwo and smart BRABUS edition models. Since 2008, BBDO Toronto has created campaigns for a various Mercedes-Benz models including the GLK-Class, E-Class, M-Class, B and C-Class.
