    Publicis Groupe has been named to handle above the line communications for Hewlett-Packard's personal systems group across Europe, Middle East & Africa. Digital duties went to Publicis Modem and its advertising communications went to Saatchi & Saatchi Geneva.

    R&R Partners
    The Las Vegas Convention & Visitors Authority renewed its relationship with R&R Partners for an additional three years, with a three-year extension option. The account is valued at $92 million annually.

RadioShack reported total advertising expenses of $214.5 million for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2008.
