    Universal McCann was named master media agency for the Australian Federal Government for a second successive term. The three-year contract begins July 1. The agency will handle all media planning and buying for Federal Government departments.

    Euro RSCG London won the tombola online bingo account in a five-way competitive pitch. The account is worth an estimated $9.8 million USD.

    Y&R San Francisco was named agency of record for Mavericks Surf Ventures, without a review. Y&R will handle all brand communications including Web site design, social media, guerilla, print and broadcast work.

    Grey picked up broadcast creative chores on T.J. Maxx and creative duties for Reliant Energy. Mullen previously handled the T.J. Maxx account and The Richards Group last handled Reliant Energy.
