  • Rabobank
    Initiative
    Initiative won Rabobank's media planning and buying account in the Netherlands, besting incumbent Kobalt in the final phase of a five-way pitch. Initiative will handle media communications in Australia, Belgium, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand, Nordics, Poland, Spain and Switzerland, markets where Rabobank is active. The agency will be responsible for strategy, research and insight, media concepting, planning and buying.
  • Credit Suisse
    Euro RSCG London
    Euro RSCG London was named global creative agency of record for Credit Suisse. The agency will manage corporate advertising for the financial-services company. Euro RSCG London pitched the business against other global agencies, including Saatchi & Saatchi, TBWA, incumbent McCann Erickson and DDB. Euro RSCG London was awarded the account following a final creative shootout against TBWA. Media planning will remain with MPG.

    Verizon tapped mcgarrybowen to handle creative chores on the launch of a Verizon Android phone.
  • Chrysler
    GlobalHue
    GlobalHue was awarded a creative project for Chrysler's Jeep brand.
  • All detergent
    Merkley + Partners
    All detergent awarded Merkley + Partners creative duties on its advertising account. Billings were not released. Bartle Bogle Hegarty previously handled the account.
  • Staples
    Razorfish
    Razorfish was tapped to handle digital media duties for Staples.
  • Palladium Boots and Wyborowa Vodka
    VIRTUE Worldwide
    Palladium Boots tapped VIRTUE Worldwide to produce an image campaign to reposition the brand as it relaunches for the Fall/Winter 2009 season. In addition, the agency added Wyborowa vodka to its roster of clients. The account will be handled out of VIRTUE's London office. A campaign will launch this fall with an emphasis on digital creative.

    Red Robin Gourmet Burgers named Periscope as its agency of record. The move consolidates Red Robin's strategy development, media planning and buying and creative efforts with one agency.
