    Mindshare North America was awarded planning and implementation responsibilities for 21st Century Insurance and Financial Services. The assignment was awarded without a review and will be handled by Mindshare's New York office, which will begin work immediately.

    Arnold and Mullen
    Arnold and Mullen were awarded global creative work on various Albero Culver brands. Arnold New York was tapped to handle St. Ives, Noxzema and Nexxus brands, while Mullen's Winston-Salem office scored work on TRESemme.
  • Kahlua
    TBWA/Chiat/Day New York
    Kahlúa tapped TBWA/Chiat/Day New York to handle its global advertising duties. TBWA already handles global work for several of Pernod Ricard's brands including Absolut, Martell and Royal Salute. TBWA/Chiat/Day New York is already responsible for Jameson Irish Whiskey brand communications in North America.

    Optimedia US
    Optimedia US was named media agency of record for Boiron, a manufacturer of homeopathic products like Oscillococcinum and Arnicare. The assignment was awarded following a review. Optimedia US will handle general market strategic planning and buying for all of Boiron's products in the US through traditional channels, in addition to digital display and search. Media work was previously handled by Tierney.

    Major League Soccer tapped Dentsu America as its creative agency of record.
  • Metz & Associates
    Partners + Napier
    Partners + Napier was tapped by Metz & Associates, a provider of personalized dining and support services, to handle brand strategy and communications duties. First work will begin in Q3 of 2010. The agency will also handle promotion work for Metz & Associates franchises, including T.G.I. Friday's, Ruth's Chris Steakhouse, Krispy Kreme and Lucky's SportHouse.
