    Mirum Minneapolis
    Milkweed Editions, an independent publisher based in Minneapolis, tapped Mirum Minneapolis to handle digital strategy and planning. The agency will help Milkweed Editions enhance its online presence in an effort to better connect authors and readers in the ever-changing publishing industry. "What publishers do is changing more quickly now than at any time since the emergence of the book in the era of Gutenberg," said Daniel Slager, publisher and CEO of Milkweed Editions.     Red Tettemer O’Connell + Partners

    Red Tettemer O'Connell + Partners (RTO+P) was named agency of record for The Honest Kitchen, a natural pet food company that produces human-grade food for dogs and cats. The account will be managed out of the agency's Santa Monica office. RTO+P is charged with strategy, creative and interactive work, slated to launch in August. "We are excited for this partnership because we're impressed with The Honest Kitchen approach," said Steve Red, president and chief creative officer of RTO+P. "The team at THK put their hearts and souls into making pet food of uncompromising standards." Additional RTO+P clients include Under Armour, Planet Fitness, Dockers, Century 21, Swarovski, Dial for Men and TuB Gin.

    Solve
    Cyclist Greg LeMond hired Solve to help launch a new line of bicycles and fitness-related products. The LeMond lineup will include racing bikes, accessories and technology for improving training performance. Solve will handle brand positioning, target audience definition and messaging across traditional, digital and social media channels. Work will launch later this year. "Greg’s racing achievements and ability to leverage technical innovations to maximize performance are legendary," said John Colasanti, CEO of Solve. "There isn’t a person more qualified or better suited to dominate the cycling space." Additional Solve clients include Bentley Motors, Cascadian Farm Organic, True Value Hardware, Porsche, Optum Pro Cycling, President Cheese, Shopko Stores and the Epilepsy Foundation of Minnesota.

    United Entertainment Group
    United Entertainment Group (UEG) was named communications agency of record for Speedo USA, a division of PVH Corp. Since beginning work in March, UEG has worked with Speedo USA on brand positioning and strategy. The agency will now be responsible for strategic communications planning and execution and social community engagement. UEG will support the brand's major events including athlete activations, new product launches and the 2016 Olympic Games. UEG also partnered with Edelman on digital activation. "It's not every day an iconic brand like Speedo is poised to evolve and grow," said Erin Weinberg, Executive Vice President, Communications Group Head at UEG. "We are thrilled at the opportunity to help guide and support Speedo USA thru this exciting time, in particular within an Olympic year." Speedo spent $498,000 on measured media in 2014, according to Kantar Media.

    Cobalt Digital, a designer and manufacturer of signal-processing technology for the broadcast television industry and a founding partner of the openGear initiative, selected Wall Street Communications as its global content marketing agency of record. The agency will promote Cobalt Digital's products in broadcast and sports markets, while also raising awareness among organizations in government, education, corporate and professional A/V markets. "I've known most of the Wall Street Communications staff for many years and trust their abilities, judgment, and counsel to maximize Cobalt Digital's presence in the industry," said Bob McAlpine, executive vice president of sales and marketing at Cobalt Digital.
