    Skypicker, an online airfare site, tapped Bob Gold & Associates to handle its U.S. public relations work. Originally created for the European marketplace in 2012, Skypicker's technology is based on data collection and a proprietary algorithm that integrates low-cost flights with major airlines and creates unique routes that are 50% to 90% cheaper than existing offers in the market.     Red Tettemer O'Connell + Partners (RTO+P) was named global agency of record for Ancho Reyes Chile Liqueur, created by Licorera Ancho Reyes y CIA in Mexico. Ancho Reyes is distributed in the U.S. by family-owned, independent distiller William Grant & Sons (WG&S). The agency was selected after a review. RTO+P already works with WG&S on its Reyka Vodka brand. New work for Ancho Reyes will launch in 2016, with the account running out of RTO+P's Philadelphia and Santa Monica offices.
