Organic, Inc. has appointed Sacha Reeb to group director, creative and Anna Banks to group director, strategy in the agency's San Francisco office.

In her new role, Banks will work alongside the other Organic strategy teams to elevate Organic's social media and digital customer relationship strategy offering, and help to evolve Organic's strategic offering for the digital space. She brings 17 years of marketing experience in the online and traditional space. Previously, Banks was a vice president at McCann Worldgroup. Reeb will oversee all of the creative work released from Organic's San Francisco office and will manage the San Francisco creative team. He has spent 13 years in the advertising industry and brings interactive experience from his work on Mercedes and Sparkasse Bank at Jung von Matt/next. Reeb also worked on creative campaigns for Volkswagen at ArgonautenG2 and GE, Doritos and Cingular Wireless at AtmosphereBBDO.--Tanya Irwin
