Four As chief Nancy Hill conceded she could not have anticipated the pace of industry â€" and economic â€" change when she took the trade association’s top job last year, but she said, “change happens,” and more importantly, it is “exactly what we need to move forward.”

She echoed GroupM chief Irwin Gotlieb’s sentiment that it is good, because there are, “no more excuses.”
