Great Expectations

That’s the way Four As media policy chief and opening media conference presenter Marc Goldstein put it this morning. Golstein, who’s also the head of GroupM North America, said the most important “ing” that consumers are experiencing, is one of “expecting.”

“The consumer is expecting something. And I believe they are expecting something form us. I believe they are expecting us to be more innovative,” Goldstein surmised.

“I think they are expecting us to respect the way they receive and process information,” he added.
