J.P. Morgan’s Imran Khan: “I think it’s too early, to premature to say the traditional media is dead.”

J.P. Morgan's Khan through a counter at Jason Calacanis' mainstream media jab, arguing that they are far from dead.

Noting that box office is doing well, and even TV viewership is at an all-time high, Khan seemed to suggest that traditional media can get along fine, and co-exist with online media.

In fact, Khan said onine still has a problem it needs to fix, and one which it desires to be more like traditional media.

“One of the biggest challenges of the Internet industry is how can we attract the brand advertisers,” he said.
