8-8:45 a.m. Work on PowerPoint presentation on company laptop with iTunes playing (on iMac) on random play.

8:45-9 a.m. Make two company calls on iPhone.

9-9:45 a.m. Client conference call on iPhone while checking company email on company laptop, tweaking PowerPoint presentation on company laptop, and checking Facebook on iMac once.

9:45-10 a.m. Sort through materials on company laptop for 10 a.m. internal meeting with iTunes playing (on iMac) on random play.

10-11:30 a.m. Internal conference call on iPhone, with open PowerPoint presentations at hand, while checking company email on company laptop, checking personal email on iMac and twice checking Facebook on iMac.

11:30-1:30 p.m. Listen to NPR on 25-minute drive to lunch meeting; check company email on BlackBerry while waiting 10 minutes for client to arrive; check voicemail on iPhone for 2 minutes at end of lunch; listen to iPod Shuffle in car for 25-minute drive back to home office.

1:30-2:30 p.m. Constantly check and respond to company email on laptop, with iTunes playing (on iMac) on random play.

2:30-2:45 p.m. Wander downstairs for more Fresca and watch some TruTV live courtroom coverage.

2:45-2:55 p.m. Check and respond to personal email on iMac with iTunes playing (on iMac) on random play.

2:55-3:30 p.m. Return voicemails, leaving voicemails in return and having two live conversations while using PowerPoint materials on company laptop.

3:30-3:50 p.m. Internal conference call on iPhone while checking company email on company laptop.

3:50 - 4 p.m. Take follow-up incoming internal call on iPhone.

4-5:30 p.m. Work on various internal initiatives with Word and PowerPoint on company laptop; update one PowerPoint client presentation; constantly check and respond to company email on laptop with iTunes playing (on iMac) on random play.

5:30-6 p.m. Watch Pardon the Interruption while checking and responding to company email on company laptop and checking and responding to personal email on wife's MacBook Pro.

6-7 p.m. Watch PBS NewsHour with Jim Lehrer while checking and responding to company email on company laptop.

7-7:45 p.m. Work on another client PowerPoint presentation on company laptop.

7:45-8 p.m. Dinner in front of TV while channel surfing.

8-10 p.m. Check and respond to Facebook page for 30 minutes using iMac; work on client PowerPoint presentation for 45 minutes or so; on iMac, check blog updates on NetVibes page; all while iTunes plays (on iMac) on random play.

10-10:30 p.m. Pack for three-day trip with iTunes playing (on iMac) on random play.
10:30-10:45 p.m. Using iMac, write a reflection as a Facebook Note and post it on my Wall with iTunes playing (on iMac) on random play.

10:45-11:45 p.m. Read Lincoln biography (almost finished) while listening to iPod Classic on random play.
