“Power seems to be the theme down here this morning,” Hotchkiss continued on the theme of, well, this morning.

Instead of sea birds and Powerpoints, Hotchkiss this time was referring to cell phones, which apparently have been draining quickly in this remote island location due to spotty cell phone coverage, and the need to roam and search for a signal.

“If you’re trying to get a signal, apparently the best reception is under the banyon tree,” Hotchkiss told the communications deprived summit attendees. “If you’re going to make a call, go outside and do it under the banyon tree. I think that’s a Harry Belafonte song.”
