Maybe Forrester Should Be Monitoring Critical Mass' Heidi Skinner

That’s right, the Critical  Mass director of emerging media, was especially critical of Forrester Research’s highly touted “Wave” reports.

The Wave reports, which have become important report cards for rating, evaluating and search digital marketing services organizations, especially interactive agencies, apparently aren’t quite up to snuff yet, when it comes to social media monitoring firms.

“Don’t use the Forrester Wave report,” Skinner asserted, adding that she think’s “Forrester is awesome,” but nonetheless feels the social media monitoring report isn’t sophisticated enough, and that much of what you’ll find in it now, can easily been found on each company’s Web sites.
