Senate Extends CARS, Audi Makes an Offer

Audi is launching an August consumer sales offer that adds a $1,000 incentive to transactions eligible for the federal government's "Cars Allowance Rebate System" reimbursement program, or "Cars for Clunkers."

The incentive is valid through August and applies to Audi models ranging from the 2009 Audi A3 to the 2009 Audi TT Roadster quattro.

The Herndon, Va., company is also offering 60-month APR and lease terms through Audi Financial Services on top of the CARS program.--Karl Greenberg
