MillerCoors is putting some money where its metal is. The Chicago-based brewer on Thursday issued the Beer Car Challenge for Charity to competitor Anheuser-Busch Inbev.
The Challenge pits
the #2 Miller Lite-sponsored car against the #9 Budweiser-sponsored car in a race durng the 10-week NASCAR Chase for the Sprint Cup. In the challenge, the higher finishing car in each race will win
$2,500 for its designated charity, and the car that finishes highest in the Chase standings will win $25,000.
Should AB InBev accept the challenge, MillerCoors said its designated challenge
would be Operation Homefront, which aides military families.--Aaron Baar
