The first brand campaign from free streaming service Tubi taps into
the lengths consumers will go to just to feel something, and how what they want to feel drives what they watch.
Created with Mischief @ No Fixed Address, the international “Find Any
Feeling For Free” brand effort centers around nine new short films, each of which explore the extreme extent a person goes to in order to feel, and how Tubi is the free, and less dramatic,
solution.
One 30-second spot takes place at an open casket funeral. As mourners tearfully bid farewell to their loved one, a voiceover says, “You could feel love by faking your own
death,” as the thought-to-be-deceased woman sits bolt upright in her casket, gleeful at everyone’s grief over her death. “Did you guys miss me?” she says as the pissed-off
mourners walk out. “Or you can feel love by watching heartwarming movies on Tubi,” concludes the voiceover with the super “Find Any Feeling For Free.”

Other executions
show a women eating bird seed to get closer to nature, and another women shaving her head and changing her identity to get a “thrill” by running from her student loan debt.
The
campaign extends to OOH, social and local activations.
“What we choose to watch is deeply personal and is often driven by what we want to feel next. ‘Find Any Feeling For
Free’ taps into that very human impulse and gives people an emotional reason to turn to Tubi,” said Nicole Parlapiano, CMO at Tubi, in a release.
The brand has also launched
TubiFone in the U.S.: a hotline that provides callers with movie and series recommendations based on their mood.
