Ovation TV To Launch HD Simulcast Channel in '10

Ovation TV, dedicated to art and contemporary culture, will launch an HD simulcast channel in 3Q 2010. In addition, the network has recently added 500,000 additional subscribers to its base through recent distribution deals with Comcast, Charter and Time Warner Cable. The announcements were made today by Ron Garfield, EVP, Ovation TV. Ovation TV produces its original programming in HD and over 30% of its acquired programming is in native HD. Ovation TV HD will launch in conjunction with the network's annual "American Revolutionaries" programming event airing next July.
