T-Mobile Targets Hispanics With New Plan

T-Mobile has introduced a prepaid calling plan called the T-Mobile Complete, available at Best Buy locations nationwide and select Wal-Mart stores. According to a company release, the plan is a "perfect solution" for U.S. Hispanic consumers, offering several options without an annual contract, deposit or credit check.

A company representative declined to elaborate on marketing plans or to say why the T-Mobile Complete would be of particular interest to Hispanic consumers, emailing only that "T-Mobile is committed to providing a variety of product and service options to fit every customer's needs. T-Mobile Complete is the latest in a series of offerings from T-Mobile that we feel will resonate with a wide array of consumers, including the Hispanic market. Other recent campaigns for which we've conducted Hispanic-specific marketing activities include the T-Mobile myTouch 3G and Mobile Makeover campaigns." --Aaron Baar
