As expected, Clear Channel Outdoor Holdings Inc. is replacing Paul Meyer as CEO of Clear Channel Outdoor-Americas, and named Ron Cooper -- an executive from the cable and broadband communications
industry -- to succeed him. Cooper, who reports to Clear Channel Outdoor CEO Mark Mays, most recently was president-COO of Adelphia Communications Corp., and before that was COO at AT&T Broadband.
