Citizens Financial Group selected Ogilvy & Mather as its new advertising agency of record. The selection follows a review process that began in October 2009. Incumbent agency Arnold withdrew from the
process in November. Citizens Financial Group, Inc. is a $151 billion commercial bank holding company.
