Initiative has appointed Volker Helm CEO of Initiative Germany. Previously, he was managing director, Wunderman. Prior to Wunderman, Volker was at digital and direct agency OgilvyOne. The company
has also has enhanced its creative activation division Innovations. Caroline Giegerich joins the LA-based team as director and Tiffany Wagner has been promoted from to director in New York.
Previously, Giegerich was at HBO, responsible for developing strategic relationships across new and emerging media platforms. She is credited with launching on-demand product offerings at HBO and
Cinemax. Wagner will head the Innovations activities for the Bayer Women's Health Care account. She joined Initiative five years ago.
