Susan Taylor has been named executive vice president, managing director of Carat's West Coast offices. She previously served as executive vice president, managing partner for PHD on the West Coast,
responsible for several new business wins and almost doubling the office billings during her tenure. Taylor has also worked at Serino Coyne, an agency specializing in live theater marketing.
