Sprint Ads Tout Money-Back Guarantee

Sprint will begin offering consumers a money-back satisfaction guarantee on its wireless plans for new customers.

The Sprint Free Guarantee will give new customers the opportunity to test the company's network for 30 days, and if they are satisfied they will be reimbursed for the device purchase and activation fee, and will get early termination fees and refunds on plan charges and taxes.

The company will begin touting the plan in a new television ad featuring Sprint CEO Dan Hesse that will be running on national network and cable TV outlets. --Aaron Baar
