installed at Ford's dealerships. Visitors spend an average of 15 to 20 minutes on the Web site; there have been more than 10,000 hits so far.
Jim Abraham, Ford's licensed accessories manager, sees the offering as responding to a growing trend among young consumers to customize products like iPhones. "We discovered that this program has a home beyond Fiesta," he says.
