IHOP named McCann Erickson West as its creative agency of record, without a review. Vitro previously handled creative chores. Universal McCann will continue to handle IHOP's media planning and buying. McCann Erickson Los Angeles previously worked with IHOP from 2002 to 2007, and developed the restaurant's "Come hungry. Leave happy." tagline.
