Team Detroit Wins Sports Authority

Sports Authority, the full-line sporting goods retailer, formally tapped Team Detroit as its agency of record to support all brand experience and consumer communications. The shop is charged with repositioning the Sports Authority brand. The Sports Authority operates 462 stores in 45 states. Major media spending on the brand totaled $43 million last year and $36 million in the first half of 2010, per Nielsen.
